about --company

Infrastructure, run by people who've held the pager.

We're a Lalitpur-based DevOps startup that pairs senior engineering with infrastructure-as-code discipline — built for teams who want systems they can actually trust.

story --origin

Why we started Zenforg

Zenforg is a startup that began with a familiar frustration: infrastructure work tends to fall into two bad patterns — either an over-engineered platform team that moves too slowly to matter, or a move-fast startup with no SRE discipline at all, held together by whoever's on-call that week.

We're based in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, and as a startup ourselves, we understand the pressure of shipping fast without a dedicated platform team. That's exactly the gap we fill.

Every engagement starts with the same question: what would it take for your team to stop worrying about infrastructure? Everything we build works backward from that answer.

values --list

What guides how we operate

Reliability Over Heroics

A boring, well-monitored system beats a clever one that only one engineer understands.

Transparency

You'll always know what's running, what changed, and why.

Calm Under Pressure

Incidents happen. We've built the runbooks and instincts to handle them without panic.

Ownership

We treat your infrastructure like our own — flagging risk early, not after an outage.

Automate the Repeatable

If we do something manually twice, the third time it becomes a script or a pipeline.

Secure by Default

Least-privilege access and hardened defaults, not bolted-on security.

approach --automation

How we think about automation

Automation isn't a checkbox for us — it's the difference between an infrastructure team that scales and one that burns out. Every pipeline, every deploy, and every alert we set up is designed to remove a manual step, not add a dashboard nobody looks at.

That doesn't mean removing humans from the loop. It means humans only get paged for things that actually need a human — real incidents, real decisions — not a disk that's 80% full at 3am.

We're candid about this because a lot of “automation” in this industry means more dashboards, not less toil. For us, it means fewer pages, faster deploys, and infrastructure your team can actually reason about.

Let's see what your infrastructure could look like.

We're available 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
