Infrastructure work, handled end to end.
From your first pipeline to a fully managed platform, here's exactly what we handle at each stage.
CI/CD Pipeline Engineering
We design build, test, and deploy pipelines that catch problems before they reach production, and ship safely, multiple times a day. No more deploys that only one person knows how to run.
what's included
- Pipeline design (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Automated testing & quality gates
- Blue-green & canary deployments
- Rollback automation
- Secrets & artifact management
Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture
We design cloud infrastructure as code — reviewable, versioned, and repeatable across environments. Whether you're on AWS, GCP, or Azure, we build systems that scale without becoming unmanageable.
what's included
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Multi-environment architecture
- Network & VPC design
- Disaster recovery planning
- Cloud migration
Site Reliability Engineering
We define SLOs that actually mean something, set up alerting that pages the right person for the right reason, and build the runbooks that turn a 3am page into a 10-minute fix.
what's included
- SLO / SLI definition
- Incident response & on-call setup
- Runbook documentation
- Postmortem process
- Capacity planning
Container & Kubernetes Platforms
We containerize applications and set up orchestration that's actually maintainable — not a Kubernetes cluster nobody but the person who built it can operate.
what's included
- Containerization strategy
- Kubernetes cluster design
- Helm chart authoring
- Service mesh setup
- Auto-scaling configuration
Observability & Monitoring
Logs, metrics, and traces are only useful if they're wired together and someone's watching the right dashboard. We build observability that answers "what broke" in seconds, not hours.
what's included
- Metrics & dashboarding (Grafana, Datadog)
- Centralized logging
- Distributed tracing
- Alert design & tuning
- SLO-based alerting
Cloud Cost & Security Optimization
We right-size infrastructure to cut unnecessary spend, and harden defaults so security isn't something you bolt on after an audit finding.
what's included
- Cost audits & right-sizing
- Reserved instance strategy
- Security hardening & IAM review
- Compliance readiness (SOC 2, etc.)
- Vulnerability scanning setup

How we price an engagement
We quote based on scope and complexity, not hours worked. Before any commitment, you'll get a written estimate broken down by phase, so you know exactly what you're paying for and when.
Scope & Complexity
The number of services, environments, and integrations involved.
Migration Risk
Zero-downtime migrations on live systems take more careful staging.
Ongoing Needs
Whether this is a one-time build or a continued SRE retainer.
Questions we hear often
How much does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope, but we always share a written estimate before any work begins — no open-ended hourly billing surprises.
How long does a typical migration take?
A CI/CD setup might take 2-3 weeks. A full cloud migration or Kubernetes rollout usually runs 6-12 weeks, depending on complexity.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes. We enjoy working with founding engineers, and we'll tell you honestly if you don't need a platform team yet.
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course. We're happy to sign an NDA before discussing any confidential infrastructure details.
Do you offer 24/7 on-call support?
Yes, as part of our SRE retainer. We also help you build internal on-call rotations if you'd rather own it long-term.
Can you work alongside our existing engineering team?
Absolutely. We regularly work alongside in-house engineers as an extension of your team, not a replacement.
Let's see what your infrastructure could look like.
We're available 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
